Can I change plans anytime?

What counts as a contact?
A contact is any unique email address in your account. This includes prospects, customers, and anyone else you communicate with. Contacts roll over monthly—if you use fewer contacts one month, you don't lose them.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 15% discount compared to month-to-month billing. Contact our sales team to discuss annual pricing for your plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription. For Enterprise customers, we may include onboarding and training as part of your agreement.
